Before signing up, almost everyone asks how quickly they will see results. The honest answer has two halves.
The first seven to ten days
Most people notice changes in sleep and concentration inside a week. The nose opens sooner than that — for some, during the first lesson.
At this stage twenty to twenty-five minutes a day is enough. Three rounds of the nine-minute rhythmic breathing exercise will do it.
Then the habit
Feeling the change is one thing; making it automatic is another. Conscious attention, then repetition, then automatic — that sequence runs over several weeks.
It is why the course does not simply stop at the four-hour mark. The final section builds the plan for carrying it on alone.
Measure it and the progress shows
The Control Pause is the simplest measurement there is. Take it at the same time once a week, write it down, and you can see progress as a number.
Feelings mislead. The number doesn't.
