Refund policy

Lesson recordings (99,000₮)

The first lesson is free. You can therefore judge the content, the quality and the teaching style before paying anything.

Once you open any paid lesson, no refund is given. If you have not opened one, a full refund is available within 14 days of purchase.

Online course (99,000₮) and in-person course (199,000₮)

Places on the in-person course are reserved in advance, which is why the refund reduces as the date approaches.

• Cancelled more than 3 days before the course — full refund
• Cancelled within 3 days of the course — 50%
• After the course has started — no refund

One-to-one (250,000₮) and corporate (1,000,000₮)

Give us 24 hours' notice and we will move your session free of charge. With less than 24 hours' notice, or if you do not attend, the fee is not refunded.

We always refund in full when

• You were charged twice
• A technical fault stopped you accessing what you bought
• We cancelled or postponed the course
• You bought the wrong course by mistake and have not started it

We review requests within 3 working days. Once approved, the money is returned to your bank account — depending on your bank, this can take 1–5 working days.

After a refund

Access to that course is withdrawn immediately.
