The Buteyko Method is breathing education and exercise. It is not medical treatment, not medical care, and does not diagnose anything.
The exercises and advice here do not replace examination by a doctor, medical treatment, or prescribed medication. Never stop or change prescribed medication on your own.
If you have asthma, a heart or blood-pressure condition, a respiratory illness, are pregnant, or are undergoing treatment, consult your doctor before taking part.
If you feel dizzy, faint or unwell during an exercise, stop immediately and seek medical advice.
Your account
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you give
- Keeping your password private is your responsibility
- The account holder is responsible for activity on the account
- Accounts are for one person and must not be shared
Course content and copyright
All recordings, text and exercise instructions are protected by copyright. Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable right to use them.
Copying, recording, distributing, reselling or sharing the lessons is prohibited. Accounts found doing so are closed without refund.
Payment
Prices are in Mongolian tögrög. Access opens once payment is confirmed.
Refund conditions are set out separately in the Refund policy.
Availability
We aim to keep the site running reliably but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. It may be unavailable during maintenance or because of technical faults.
If a live course's schedule changes, we will tell you in advance.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid.
We are not responsible for consequences arising from performing the exercises other than as instructed, or against medical advice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Mongolia. We will always try to resolve disputes amicably; if that fails, they are settled by the courts of Mongolia.
Changes
Changes will be published on this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
